Good Day!

You have reached the Philippine Embassy in Beijing's Appointment Page. Through this platform, you can book an appointment for authentication/notarization, civil registration, and Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN) consultations.

1. Prior to the scheduled appointment, applicants must submit all relevant documentary requirements for pre-processing at least two (2) days before. Failure to submit complete documents on time may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

2. For forms and the list of documentary requirements, please visit our website at https://beijingpe.dfa.gov.ph. For inquiries, you may leave a comment when you book your appointment, or e-mail us at beijingpe.consular@dfa.gov.ph.

3. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

4. For service feedback, please send us a review through this platform.

5. Filipinos who wish to register with the Embassy may access the online registration form by scanning the QR code at the Embassy’s official website at https://beijingpe.dfa.gov.ph.

6. To begin making your booking, please click Book Appointment and follow the procedures from the service menu until receipt of confirmation.

7. Starting 13 December 2021, appointments for passport applications can be made through the Global Appointment System (GOAS) of the Department of Foreign Affairs, which can be accessed at https://www.passport.gov.ph/.
